About Us

Microscopy-UK was established in 1995 and has led the way to open up communication and information exchange for enthusiast microscopy on the internet. We are a benevolent (not-for-profits) association of like-minded people who believe in freedom of choice and freedom as much as possible from corporate organisations. We do receive sponsorship by way of voluntary contributions from our visitors and by direct sponsorship from Brunel Microscopes Ltd, a small microscope family business based in the UK.
